I have been lazy when it comes to meal prepping. Last night I was determined to make some dishes that I would look forward to all day & this did not disappoint. Chicken Marsala, mashed potatoes (measured out in my little yellow container) & green beans sauteed with turkey bacon & garlic. Yum!
Nothing like coming home from the office and being able to enjoy a good plate of tasty food that is filling, tasty & healthy.
This is how I do best sticking to my nutrition plan. Making meals that seem like treats, so I don't think of them as things I "have" to eat, but that I "get" to eat.
