Hey everyone! It’s day 12! I’ve heard from many of you that you’ve got limited equipment at home and you need some ideas for exercises. 🏋️♂️🔥🔥
I’ve created a workout today using two small towels and a slick surface. If you don’t have a slick surface, you can do these exercises on carpet with plastic bags around your shoes instead. It works really well! 👍👍There is ALWAYS a solution! 😁
I understand that there are many different fitness levels out there. Pick the exercises that suit you best...and then choose the level below that works best for you. These workouts don’t expire...you can always revisit them and test your fitness a bit further each time. .
The Challenge: complete 10 reps of each exercise for 1 complete round (only do the exercises that work for you...some of these are way harder than they look) 😓 The one where I’m making circles with my hands, for example! 😳(video 4)
Beginner: complete 2 rounds today .
Intermediate: complete 6 rounds today
Advanced: complete 10 rounds today
For those that LOVE a Sunday Challenge: complete 15 rounds today
