Pork, five ways. Missing @waltdisneyworld and @disneyfoodblog, recreated pulled pork Mac and cheese, our favorite dish from #eightspooncafe #animalkingdom. Mac and cheese made from scratch because I didn’t have a box, but it’s easy once you can make a simple bechamel. The pork was Stubbs BBQ sauce mixed with a pork shoulder, made kalua style, low and slow with Hawaiian salt. Add a perfect soft boiled egg. Next, make tacos with the pork, and then top with homemade #chicharron (there’s always pig skin on the pig shoulder). Lastly, not homemade but we got some spiral ham and warmed it up with maple bourbon syrup for a simple Easter supper. Happy Easter!
